Full job description

Who We Are

Resilens is dedicated to solving one of the urgent challenges of our time: enabling communities and organisations to adapt to a changing climate. Not everything can be prevented - but effective adaptation reduces losses and protects people where it matters most.

Our clients are city leaders and private operators who will use our climate adaptation platform to move from uncertainty to evidence-based action. We’re a data-first company combining domain expertise with modern technology. We turn climate risk into ranked measures and fundable priorities - with clear numbers on risk, cost, and expected impact. We’re looking for hands-on builders who want to join us in making adaptation happen.

What you’ll do

We're a small, early-stage team, so this role touches every part of marketing. You'll work directly with our CMO across the full operation. Our goal for 2026 is to make Resilens a recognized name in the DACH climate adaptation conversation and build a steady pipeline of qualified trial-to-paid conversations.

  • Maintain and continuously improve resilens.com in Framer, considering SEO and AEO best practices

  • Own and manage our content calendar, review and schedule blog posts and newsletter issues and curate thought leadership content for the company and founders

  • Keep case studies, one-pagers, and sales materials current as new pilots and proof points come in

  • Help produce and edit video for demos, event recaps, and LinkedIn

  • Support design and asset creation for events, social, and sales materials

  • Manage logistics for exhibitions and conferences, including registration, booth materials, and follow-up outreach

  • Keep HubSpot clean and track leading and lagging KPIs such as site visitors, downloads, demo bookings, and trial signups

  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and asset requests with partners

  • Track award deadlines and help assemble submission materials

What we’re looking for

  • A recent graduate or an early-career professional (Bachelor's or Master's degreein marketing, communications, business, or a related field)

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Genuinely curious about new technology and tools, comfortable learning tools such as Framer, HubSpot, and AI applications independently.

  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals, and comfortable operating a modern website CMS (we use Framer)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to own a task end to end without hand-holding

  • Genuine interest in climate and sustainability

  • Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) skills

  • Willingness to be on-site in Wuppertal and help establish our new Wuppertal office.

What We Offer You

We offer the chance to build a category-defining product alongside experienced people who have pioneered this field before.

  • Direct mentorship: work side by side with the founding CMO across the entire marketing function, not just one slice of it

  • Real ownership: shape things that actually go live, from day one

  • Experienced team: Work alongside founders who each bring over 20 years of experience in climate analytics, scalable software, and building companies

  • No drama, no egos. We value evidence over impressions and respect over hierarchy

  • A front-row seat to how an early-stage climate tech company builds its market from scratch

Inclusive by Design: We believe diverse backgrounds and perspectives strengthen judgment and product quality. We evaluate candidates against consistent outcomes and competencies, and we encourage applications from all genders, backgrounds, and experiences. We look for genuinely kind collaborators who make our team better through empathy, candid feedback, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Climate adaptation often stalls between risk assessment and action. Resilens helps close that gap. We are a decision platform for climate adaptation, helping organizations turn complex risk data into defensible, fundable action. Using our AdaptationReturn approach, we quantify future losses, compare adaptation measures, and help build funding-ready business cases across sites and portfolios. Current focus: heat stress in social infrastructure, including child care, schools, care homes, and hospitals. We help adaptation professionals to: - identify risk at site and portfolio level - compare measures based on avoided damage and co-benefits - prioritise investments and justify funding - protect critical infrastructure and vulnerable people We work with: - cities and municipalities - corporates and facility operators - national and regional authorities - consultancies, funders, and grant bodies We’re hiring and currently onboarding a limited number of pilot partners. If you manage adaptation programmes — or support those who do — let’s connect.
