Establish and operate a group-wide IT demand and portfolio management framework to steer IT initiatives and support top-management decision-making. Manage selected strategic IT projects while designing group-wide project management standards and reporting structures.
Requires solid experience in IT project, program, or portfolio management with familiarity in ITIL, COBIT, and hybrid project approaches. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are mandatory, while experience in manufacturing and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are beneficial.

Maintain a consolidated portfolio of IT projects and initiatives
Enable structured prioritisation in case of capacity, resource or budget conflicts
Prepare decision proposals for the IT Council
Monitor scope, timelines, budgets and risks across the IT portfolio
Review project status and financials, identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions
Define transparent reporting structures and KPIs
Manage selected large or critical IT projects or sub‑projects
Ensure consistent application of project management standards
Design and introduce group‑wide project management standards and templates
Establish a pragmatic hybrid approach combining classical and agile methods
Contribute to building a PMO‑like capability
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment
Structure and clarify business demands across the Group
Prepare clear, decision‑oriented reports and presentations for the IT Council
Solid experience in IT project, program and/or portfolio management
Proven background in portfolio processes, prioritisation and reporting
Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT and hybrid project approaches
Agile and scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe) are an advantage
PMP / PRINCE2 certifications are a plus
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is beneficial
Focus on IT (not OT)
Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Confident in ambiguous or politically sensitive environments
High ownership, pragmatism and drive
English mandatory; German is an advantage
