Suntrup Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for service customers. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by transporting customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other approved destinations within the dealership's service area while their vehicles are being serviced.

Position Summary

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting service customers, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, and representing the Suntrup brand through outstanding customer service during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport service customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other approved destinations within the dealership's designated service radius.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every passenger.
• Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with service advisors and service management.
• Communicate any delays, vehicle concerns, or customer issues promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with light dealership errands, vehicle deliveries, or other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Suntrup Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to use navigation apps and follow directions efficiently.
• Previous customer service, transportation, or driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
