Job DetailsJob Location: Legal Address - Sioux City, IA 51106Sunrise Retirement is seeking a Resident Manager for Maple Heights Apartments and Annex.
The resident manager will live rent-free on campus and receive a $500 biweekly stipend. All utilities are paid for with the exception of internet and tv service. As a condition of employment, the occupant of the rent-free apartment must be on premises and be available for emergency calls (24-hour calls, weekends, etc.) except for short periods of time prearranged with management.
Keep common areas clean with supplies furnished by the owner.
Report maintenance and repair needs of the Complex to Sunrise Retirement management and/or maintenance personnel.
Monitor the complex to promote well-being of its residents
Be on the premises at all times
Respond to emergency call system
Inform Sunrise Management regarding status (well-being) of Maple Heights residents and relay their concerns or comments on an on-going basis.
Give tours of complex for prospective tenants as directed.
Meet or communicate regularly with Sunrise Management staff
Maintain security procedures for the complex.
This is a HUD property and the applicant must be at least 55 years of age or older to qualify to be a resident.
