The Collision Manager is responsible for greeting guests, writing accurate vehicle damage estimates, and monitoring the repair process. They coordinate between collision associates, insurance adjusters, and vendors to ensure high-quality results and smooth operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clear record, and the ability to assess auto damages. Previous auto body shop experience and I-Car/ASE certifications are considered a plus.
