The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance, including drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system repairs. They must also provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests and handling emergency on-call duties.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in residential properties. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, along with the ability to work a rotational on-call schedule.
