The Service Writer is responsible for consulting with guests to determine and suggest necessary diagnostic and mechanical services for their vehicles. They must ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest experience.
A current and valid driver's license is required for this position. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not mandatory.

We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!
The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with our guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
Service Writers / Customer Service Directors will receive a competitive wage with a generous bonus opportunity. Our employees also receive a discount on Jiffy Lube services including Multicare services (tires, brakes, repairs) at company cost and NO CHARGE for labor.
