The Job
As a Product Data Coordinator Essentials, you play a critical role in ensuring accurate, complete, and commercially relevant product data across all systems and touchpoints. You will contribute directly to the success of collections by safeguarding data integrity, supporting go-to-market readiness.
Success in this role means delivering flawless product data and enabling on-time collection readiness. Your work ensures that teams can rely on accurate information to drive decision-making, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Your Mission
Product Data Setup & Collection Management
• Set up seasonal collections in PLM in line with product and commercial timelines
• Manage carry-over styles and ensure data continuity across seasons
• Create and maintain item master data, including styles and colorways
• Enrich product data with relevant USP’s to support commercial storytelling
Data Accuracy & Validation
• Ensure the availability of Product Data Sheets (PD’s) and Commercial Product Data (CPD’s)
• Verify quotes for accuracy and consistency with product specifications
• Check packaging status and ensure completeness of the Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Ensure correct size ranges are applied per style
• Confirm that RFID tagging requirements are correctly implemented at source
• Validate barcode types in line with retailer and market requirements
Product Information Completeness
• Maintain and validate core product attributes such as:
- Composition
- Box dimensions
- MOQ / MCQ / Lead times
- SMS pricing
• Ensure accurate ‘valid from’ dates are applied in case of price updates
Sustainability & Compliance
• Support sustainable product data management, including calculations and reporting
• Validate and maintain Control Union data for sustainable inputs
System & Channel Readiness
• Set up e-commerce collections in PLM and ensure data readiness for digital channels
• Support PAC (Teamsport) data requirements where applicable
Your Talent
- MBO level;
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy;
- Structured and process-driven mindset;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines;
- Proactive communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Commercial awareness and understanding of product lifecycle;
- Experience with PLM systems is highly preferred;
- Affinity with fashion industry, preferably within sportswear or licensed brands;
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
