The Client Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing appointments, phone communications, and the reception area. They are responsible for checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate medical records while supporting the veterinary team.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, with veterinary reception experience considered a plus. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a compassionate approach to animal care.
