The Production Associate will operate rubber press equipment, load and unload molds, and perform finishing tasks like drilling and trimming. They are also responsible for inspecting products for quality and accurately recording production data.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform basic math and use hand tools. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

In this hands-on role, you'll work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., producing high-quality rubber components used in the Automotive, RV, and Marine industries. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing quality products, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
As a Production Associate – Level 1, you'll play an important role in our manufacturing process, helping ensure every product meets the high standards our customers have come to expect. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to quality will directly contribute to our continued success.
