The Senior Electronics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain electronic hardware solutions for safety-critical consumer products. They will also mentor junior engineers and ensure full traceability in hardware documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the Stairlift Engineering department based in Andover.
This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining electronic hardware solutions for safety-critical consumer products. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and reliable hardware solutions that support the continued success of our stairlift products.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced hardware engineer looking to work on innovative products within a market-leading organisation, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of life-changing accessibility solutions.
To be successful as the Senior Electronics Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience in the design and development of electrical and electronic systems, including PCB design and prototype testing. Experience with safety-critical systems, motor control, EMC compliance, or SIL2 development environments would be highly desirable.
