Oversee the daily activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with regulations. Supervise the team in repairing and maintaining critical mechanical systems and managing labor budgets.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience operating mechanical systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints and have knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following all applicable standards and regulations. You will supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will also plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations, as well as track spending and labor budgets.
