Accounts Receivable Officer (1-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Join a rapidly growing Australian business and play a key role in supporting our Finance team during a short-term leave cover assignment. This 1-month fixed-term opportunity is ideal for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who can hit the ground running and help maintain strong cash flow, accurate financial records, and exceptional customer service.

You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth accounts receivable operations during a period of leave cover, ensuring timely collections, accurate financial records, and excellent customer service while supporting healthy cash flow and business continuity.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable activities including payment processing, collections and account reconciliations using SAP
• Follow up outstanding accounts, resolve billing queries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support month-end financial processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account management

What you'll bring

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience with strong knowledge of collections, reconciliations and payment processing
• Experience using SAP and confidence working with financial systems and reporting requirements
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach
