Provide technical and coordination support to the Transition Team focusing on organisational change activities. This includes managing change impacts, risks, and governance while facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should have experience supporting complex business transformation programmes and knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills are required, with a preference for a qualification in Business or Project Management.

The role will provide technical and coordination support to the Transition Team, with a primary focus on Organisational Change activities. The role will support the planning, execution, tracking, and governance of change initiatives associated with the transition programme, ensuring that change impacts, risks, actions, and deliverables are effectively managed and communicated.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with who has supported complex organisational, operational, or business transformation programmes/projects.

Day Rate: TBC; For your application to be progressed, please ensure you provide a PAYE day rate banding expectation. Please note that there is no travel and accommodation allowance provided.
Spirit Energy currently have a non-contractual hybrid working arrangement for all office-based workers. 4 days must be worked in the office with compulsory days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The fourth day worked in-office (either Monday or Friday) is of the worker’s choosing but should be in keeping with what is most efficient and effective for their team. The office is open 5 days a week for full time, in-office working if this is the contractor’s preference.
