Job Description -
· Focusing primarily on the generation of leads within the core Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) verticals.
o Understanding ICP persona and Indentify their pain area and requirements that can be solved with Spectra’s Attendance / Access Control Solution
o Industry wise mapping of ICPs to provide them better understanding of solutions and helping them understand ‘Why’ its the best suited solution
· Running Outbound campaigns and managing outreach touchpoints on emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc. to develop communication with Targeted Accounts
o One-to-one personalized emails, calls to get the leads to take a meeting with the sales team
· Proactive follow-ups to bring out requirements for Spectra’s Attendance / Access Control Solution and arranging meetings/ demos with respective sales teams as per requirement location.
o Timely follow ups to get the leads from cold to hot status.
· Prospecting activities to identify/ learn more about the potential Target Accounts' requirements and individual contacts to convince/ intrigue them on how Spectra’s solutions can solve them.
· Learning more about Attendance / Access Control Solution and Spectra’s products to add an interest-building -questions list and call scripts to approach contacts from the accounts or move them to meeting/ sales team
o Understanding the key functions of the solutions to answer objections
o Able to understand industry specific objections and relevant explanations for lead to understand the solutions USPs and how that align with their own goals
· Handling inbound leads distributions to the respective sales teams and marking out key accounts that are in the Targeted account list or match its definition
o Assigning leads on-coming on Marcom & Sales to right sale team and managing updates on past leads
o Managing Significant leads sales cycle status until closed
o Helping Customer reach/get support team/ Accounts team
· Re-connecting with them in case of lost/broken communications with the Sales executive/ team.
· Work closely with Sales teams to develop relevant opportunities with potential clients and create effective call/ meet
· Collaborate with Sales team to handle any objections or re-connect with any target account with any other solution/ product
· Providing regular updates and insights to Sales teams regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities from targeted contacts
· Provide closed-loop feedback to the team, sharing insights on the prospecting process to facilitate continuous optimization.
· Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies, messaging, and overall processes based on real-time feedback and market dynamics.
· Continuously learning about Spectra’s products and solutions
· Working with the Biot team to develop outreach mail copies, call scripts, etc, and reach-out stats.
o Keeping insights of Inmails lead gen campaigns for Biot + iApp
o Personalized touchpoints for formfills and scheduling demos
o Creating Account list based on Industries
o Outbound activities on lists as per campaign output and intent
Requirements
Required Skills
- Education Qualification: Any computers degree: BCA / BSc (Information Technology) / BSc (Computer Science) / BE or BTech Computer Science / BE or BTech IT etc / MCA.
- 3+ Years experience in sales/ICP persona
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Be a team member, can work under pressure
- Coordination within internal sales team
