Drive a proactive safety culture by providing expert WHS advice, coaching, and partnering with operational teams to reduce risk. Lead incident investigations using ICAM methodology and conduct safety audits and inspections across sites.
Requires tertiary qualifications in WHS, Occupational Health, or Risk Management and experience in high-risk operational industries. Must possess strong knowledge of safety legislation and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a Safety Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of driving a proactive safety culture across diverse operational environments. Partnering closely with leaders and frontline teams, you’ll embed best-practice safety systems, influence behaviour, and deliver practical solutions that reduce risk and keep everyone safe.

A competitive salary range of between $104,610 to $112,447 + super is on offer and offers are commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience.
