Lead and supervise night-shift production staff to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Coordinate maintenance, track employee attendance, and monitor production metrics to minimize downtime.
Requires at least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, mining, or industrial setting. Candidates must be able to work 12-hour rotating overnight shifts and possess a strong safety-focused mindset.
