The role involves providing instructional support and tutoring to individual students and small groups under the direction of a teacher. Additionally, the paraprofessional assists with behavior management, charting student behavior, and handling crisis situations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Additionally, they must possess an associate's degree, 60+ college credits, or a passing score on an ADE-approved paraprofessional assessment.

Your Role Will Include
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher;
Completed 60 or more college credit hours (100-level coursework and above);
or a passing score on an ADE-approved assessment (ETS Paraprofessional Assessment, ACT WorkKeys, or Master Teacher’s ParaEducator Learning Network).
