The receptionist greets patients, manages the appointment schedule, and handles phone calls to ensure smooth front-desk operations. They are also responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records in Open Dental.
Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess a warm, energetic personality. While dental or customer service experience is a plus, the primary requirements are strong communication skills and reliability.
