The Veterinary Receptionist will welcome clients and their pets while managing incoming communications and appointment scheduling. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and providing administrative support to ensure hospital efficiency.
Candidates must have previous customer service experience and strong organizational and communication skills. While not required, previous veterinary reception experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology are considered a plus.
