The City Manager is responsible for the overall commercial performance, operational excellence, and brand execution of the Paris flagship store. This role involves leading the local team, managing omnichannel operations, and fostering community engagement to ensure a consistent global brand experience.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably within the sneaker industry. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for a City Manager to lead our Paris business.

As City Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the Paris business and will contribute to the French business digitally.
You lead the local team, drive commercial performance and ensure SNS comes to life every day through exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and consistent brand execution.
Unlike many traditional retail leadership roles, the City Manager at SNS combines commercial leadership with responsibility for people, omnichannel operations, local brand execution and community building. You'll work across functions, collaborate closely with specialist teams at HQ and play a key role in shaping how SNS is experienced in one of the world's most influential cities for fashion, design and culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You'll coach people, spend time on the shop floor, analyze business performance, make commercial decisions and continuously improve how the business operates.
Working closely with HQ specialist teams, you'll ensure the Paris business delivers against commercial objectives while staying true to the culture, standards and identity that define SNS.

SNS stores are more than retail spaces—they are also local fulfillment hubs supporting our e-commerce business.
You'll lead a team responsible for serving customers in-store while also receiving daily product deliveries, replenishing inventory and picking, packing and shipping online orders every day.
Working closely with HQ Logistics, you'll ensure your local organisation has the right people, planning and operational discipline to consistently achieve agreed service levels, maintain inventory accuracy and support a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Working together with HQ Brand & Marketing, you'll ensure SNS remains culturally relevant while staying true to our global brand.
You'll lead the local marketing team, whose mission is both to create energy around SNS within the local community and to produce high-quality content that fuels our global marketing channels.
Together you'll:
Build relationships within the local sneaker, music, basketball and creative communities.
Develop local partnerships, events and activations.
Pitch local marketing ideas to HQ.
Ensure agreed content output and marketing KPIs are delivered.
Strengthen local brand awareness while contributing authentic Parisian perspectives to SNS globally.
You'll ensure the business operates professionally every day.
This includes:
Workforce planning and scheduling.
Payroll administration and time reporting.
Invoice approvals and financial administration.
Store maintenance and facility management.
Coordination of external suppliers.
Health & Safety and local compliance.
Working closely with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of all required documentation.
At SNS, specialist teams support every market.
HQ defines the strategy, standards, KPIs and ways of working.
Your role is to ensure the local organisation has the right people, resources and priorities to consistently execute them.

Together, we build one consistent SNS experience.
You'll lead the Paris team while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.
You'll also work closely with HQ specialist teams to ensure the local organisation consistently delivers against agreed standards, KPIs and business priorities.

You'll probably have:
5+ years of retail leadership experience.
Experience leading larger retail teams.
Strong commercial understanding.
Experience from working in the sneaker industry.
Experience working with KPIs and business performance.
The ability to understand how sales, payroll and operating costs influence profitability.
Experience working within an omnichannel retail environment.
Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills.
Fluent French and English.
