Develop, implement, and oversee control systems. Evaluate the efficiency of the controls and ensure continuous improvement. Identify risks and non-conformity issues. Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with current laws and regulations. Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with all departments to educate and monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations. Review the work of others to identify compliance issues and to provide training and advice. Schedule and conduct systematic audits of all facilities and processes. Identify, document, and mitigate compliance risks. Ensure the organization adheres to industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies. Update and inform stakeholders of changes in regulations and compliance requirements. Constantly monitor regulatory developments within and outside of the Company Develop, train, provide guidance and implement best practices in compliance control. Develop corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues. Provide general guidance and recommendations to prevent future non-compliance. Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards by evaluating or recommending investigations. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations. Investigate compliance incidents and breaches. Provides detailed reporting on a regular basis to senior management. Institutes and maintains effective compliance communication programs. Attend seminars, conferences, workshops, exhibits, to support compliance efforts.
Maintains effective relationships with all departments. Works with Human Resources and others as appropriate to develop effective compliance training programs, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers. Develops and maintains databases for systematic storage and retrieval of documentation. Monitoring facilities camera/alarm/access control surveillance systems. Other duties as assigned.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or regulatory compliance is required; Advanced degree preferred, A minimum of five years’ experience in compliance is required and includes demonstrated leadership. Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is necessary. Experience in managing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, ISO 13485, etc., accreditations are necessary. Requires advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Applicable certifications are a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Working Conditions
Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
