Lead the development of novel semiconductor technologies by creating comprehensive process flows for wafer manufacturing. Collaborate with customers and internal experts to optimize process recipes and transition devices to full-scale production.
Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics with 0-5 years of experience depending on the degree level. Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR compliance regulations.
In the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group at SkyWater, our team works hand in hand with customers to develop a wide range of exciting new, novel, and fully customized technologies - including superconducting ICs, quantum computing devices, carbon nanotube devices, MEMs, Bio sensors, DNA sequencing devices, Si photonics, and III-V devices.
Join our dynamic team at a Staff Integration Engineer to lead the development of new, novel technologies and leverage the advanced capabilities of our semiconductor fab to enable our customers to progress from idea/proof of concept through product qualification and transfer to volume manufacturing.

The annual salary range for this role is $95,200 - $142,800. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
