The Construction Scheduler is responsible for maintaining schedule spreadsheets and coordinating installation timing with customers. They act as a liaison between sales and installation teams while tracking job progress for billing purposes.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction experience, preferably in scheduling, and an understanding of commercial fencing scopes of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are required.

Skillforce has teamed up with one of the leading commercial fence companies to find a Construction Scheduler to work on commercial fence projects out of their Chantilly, VA office. This is a full-time position with this company.
Maintain schedule spreadsheet
Contact customer to coordinate installation timing
Answer incoming calls related to scheduling
Coordinate between sales and installation on scheduling and relevant job related information and paperwork
Track job progress for coordination with billing
Must have 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably scheduling
Must have an understanding of the scope of work regarding commercial fencing projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other computer software
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Pay: Up to $31/hr, flexible for the right candidate
