The apprentice will rotate through various departments including project engineering, design, and automation to gain comprehensive company experience. They will also participate in project teams and contribute to the development of cleanroom and isolator technology.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma (Abitur/Matur) with strong grades in mathematics and science. Proficiency in both German and English is required, along with a strong technical aptitude and a reliable, independent work ethic.

The apprenticeships at SKAN are aimed at people who would like to complete a dual training program and serve as an entry into the professional world. In the three to four year apprenticeship period, the apprentices pass through different departments and areas and thus get an overview of the entire company. The exchange and cooperation between apprentices from different professions is strongly encouraged. For example, the apprentices organize occasions and events, work together as a project team and thus learn a high level of social and professional competence.
