The Sales Closer is responsible for managing the entire client journey from initial inquiry to signed agreement, including qualifying prospects and building proposals. They must maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly reporting, and ensure all engagements align with team capacity.
Candidates must have proven experience closing high-value service-based engagements in design, luxury, or professional services. Strong skills in pipeline management, CRM discipline, and the ability to communicate value in a calm, strategic manner are required.

Role Overview
At Simour, sales is all about alignment.
The Sales Lead owns the client journey from the first conversation to a signed agreement. This role qualifies the right opportunities, communicates Simour’s value clearly, manages the pipeline with discipline, and closes aligned engagements with confidence and care.
You bring warmth, polish, and strategic thinking to every conversation. You understand how to sell premium services by building trust, listening deeply, and helping prospects see the value of doing things right from the beginning.
This role requires someone who can close independently while working collaboratively. You will use approved pricing, proposal templates, and messaging standards, while coordinating with the team to ensure every new engagement is aligned with team capacity.
