The role coordinates B2B order flows, international logistics, and e-commerce customer relations to ensure smooth global deliveries. It involves managing shipments, coordinating with warehouses, and supporting sales activities and exhibitions.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Swedish with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. Previous experience in logistics, order handling, or B2B operations is strongly preferred.

We are now looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator, a key role that brings together our daily operations, B2B order flows, logistics, and e-commerce customer relations.
This is a role for someone who makes things happen, enjoys working close to the business, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will take on a central and varied position within AVOLT’s operations. You will work closely with B2B sales, Ecommerce, supply chain, and our external partners, and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth deliveries across multiple global markets.
