Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and clients promptly and courteously.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process for visitors and clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
