Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians by scheduling appointments and articulating repair needs. Manage the customer experience from greeting and providing cost estimates to final vehicle delivery and quality inspection.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor and proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
