Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor communications. Prepare financial reports and dashboards while supporting monthly close activities and cash flow monitoring.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should be able to work approximately 20 hours per week with a hybrid on-site presence.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the below:
•Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, and vendor communications.
•Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including client invoicing, collections, payment application, and aging follow-up.
•Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership.
•Assist with monthly financial close activities, including account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
•Monitor cash flow and provide visibility into upcoming payables, receivables, and working capital.
•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies.
•Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and strengthen financial operations.
•Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives as business needs arise.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and reporting questions in a timely manner.
•Work approximately 20 hours per week, with an expectation of being on-site two days per week to support collaboration and business operations.
Education and/or Experience
Mid-level position with 5+ years of relevant industry experience and/or training.
