The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and food items while providing exceptional guest service. Key duties include educating customers on the menu, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
A high school diploma and previous experience in a cafe or customer service role are preferred. Candidates must be able to operate commercial espresso equipment and work early morning shifts Monday through Friday.

The Barista is responsible for creating an exceptional coffee experience for every guest by preparing high-quality beverages and providing friendly, knowledgeable service. This role includes educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, promoting featured beverages and food items, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong customer service skills and knowledge of espresso machines and other coffee equipment operations. This position is located at one of our Atlanta-area coffee bars. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
