The LPN provides and directs basic activities of daily living for patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They are also responsible for carrying out and documenting medication and treatment processes while adhering to patient safety policies.
Candidates must be licensed as a practical nurse in Kentucky or hold a valid work permit from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Proficiency in hospital computer systems and excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
Job Description:
Three 12-hour shifts/week
Every other weekend off (Additional $1.00 on weekends)
Shift differential (10% hourly wage increase from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 12% hourly wage increase from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides and directs Basic ADLs of patients and carries out and documents medication and treatment process. Utilizes trauma-informed care approach.
Must be licensed in Kentucky as a practical nurse or must have a valid work permit issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
Must have computer competency in approved hospital systems.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
