Provide daily care and life skills training to individuals in residential settings to promote independence and community integration. Take a leadership role by mentoring staff and implementing Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must have or obtain MAP certification within six months of hire.

At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.
Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
