What are we looking for?
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and inspiring Group Leader to lead and develop a team of 15–20 electronics and software engineers. Your team will consist of a diverse mix of junior professionals, experienced designers, and system architects.
Your Responsibilities and Profile
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists across various experience levels. You ensure the right balance in workload and competencies, enabling your team to perform at its best. You actively support the growth of your team members by coaching, motivating, and challenging them.
You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results for our customers. You also play an active role in techno-commercial discussions and contribute to winning new business by leveraging your market knowledge and network.

Requirements
Experience – What do you bring?
A background in electrical engineering, electronics, software, or related fields
A completed Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree
3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in small to mid-sized high-tech organizations (<250 FTE)
Excellent command of Dutch and English
What we offer
A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €8,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on your experience and expertise
30 vacation days per year (full-time)
Travel allowance and a home working allowance where applicable

Supply Chain, System Assembly & Test Our development and engineering activities are closely integrated with manufacturing, testing, and assembly. We manufacture proof-of-principle equipment and prototypes and we ensure the reliable, continuous supply of machines and modules. With a well-established supplier base for complex large parts, vacuum vessels and components, optics, and mechatronics, we guarantee high-quality production. Our assembly area includes 800 m² of ISO-6 cleanrooms and RGA systems for products up to 2x2x1 meters. In-house Precision Manufacturing The Precision Parts department specializes in the manufacturing of complex, high-accuracy mechanical parts and modules used in critical functions of high-tech equipment. Our core competence lies in high-precision machining, supported by fully automated machinery that ensures process-controlled and cost-efficient production. When precision manufacturing becomes challenging, we outperform.
