The Service Writer is responsible for meeting with customers to determine vehicle repair needs and providing high-quality customer service. They also oversee technician efficiency, manage quality control, and execute retail promotions to increase profitability.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid commercial driver's license, and prior experience as an automotive service advisor. Proficiency in English and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
