The Care Coordinator provides virtual nursing support by conducting intakes, developing care plans, and guiding clients through their healthcare journeys. They coordinate with providers and utilize digital platforms to ensure continuity of care and monitor client wellbeing.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN, or LPN in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in acute, community, or primary care. Proficiency in English is required, and the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

We add value to loyalty, rewards, and credit card programs. We reduce insurance company costs by ensuring clients use the available services efficiently. We build bespoke contact centre services that improve the brand experience for our client's customers.
