The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating meaningful activities and special events to support the physical, mental, and social well-being of residents. This includes leading daily activities and managing programs for diverse populations, including those with memory loss.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate's degree is preferred. Preference is given to candidates with at least six months of experience working with seniors in life enrichment roles.
