Lead the creation, development, and commercialization of a specialized M&A communications and transformation advisory practice for the CEE region. Advise boards, investors, and legal firms on high-stakes transactions, including carve-outs, restructuring, and post-merger integration.
Requires at least 15 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs, or transaction advisory with a proven track record in M&A projects. Must possess strong business development skills and the ability to translate complex business decisions into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.

To propozycja dla doświadczonej osoby z obszaru strategic communications, corporate affairs, public affairs, financial communications, investor relations lub doradztwa transakcyjnego, która chce budować wyspecjalizowaną praktykę doradczą na styku komunikacji transakcyjnej, stakeholder engagement, change management i post-merger integration.
W tej roli będziesz doradzać zarządom, właścicielom, inwestorom, funduszom, kancelariom prawnym i doradcom finansowym w projektach, w których komunikacja ma bezpośredni wpływ na wartość transakcji, zaufanie interesariuszy, tempo integracji i reputację organizacji.
Praktyka będzie rozwijana w oparciu o platformę Polska+CEE. SEC Newgate CEE należy do największych firm strategic communications w regionie — z ponad 100 konsultantami w CEE, ponad 50-osobowym zespołem w Warszawie oraz dostępem do międzynarodowej sieci biur Grupy SEC Newgate.
O roli
Jako Head of M&A Communications, Transactions & Transformation będziesz odpowiadać za stworzenie, rozwój i komercjalizację specjalistycznej praktyki doradczej wspierającej klientów w procesach fuzji, przejęć, sprzedaży aktywów, carve-outów, zmian właścicielskich, restrukturyzacji oraz integracji po transakcji.
