The Senior Project Manager will lead publicity campaigns for entertainment clients and serve as the primary point of contact for project execution. Responsibilities include managing press events, overseeing team processes, and providing professional guidance to team members.
Candidates must have at least four years of professional experience in publicity and proven leadership skills in managing small teams. Excellent command of German and English, along with strong organizational and communication abilities, is required.

Standort: Berlin-Mitte
Betreuung von Publicity-Kampagnen in der Entertainment-Unit
Selbstständige und selbstorganisierte Führung der Kund:innen und des Teams
Eigenständige Projektarbeit und Prozesssteuerung
Organisation und Durchführung von Presse-Events, zum Beispiel Setbesuche, Presse-Junkets, Fototermine, Premieren-Screenings
Eigenständige Presse-Akquisition
Fachliche und stellenweise disziplinarische Führung des Publicity-Teams, inklusive Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
Optimierung und Supervision der Arbeitsprozesse im Team
Ansprechpartner:in für inhaltliche Fragen des Teams und Kunden
Sehr gutes fachliches Know-how im Bereich Publicity-PR
Mindestens vierjährige Berufserfahrung inklusive Leitung von Publicity-Projekten
Proaktives, eigenverantwortliches und selbstorganisiertes Denken und Handeln
Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Medienlandschaft
Hervorragende deutsche Rechtschreibung und Grammatik, Textsicherheit
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent, überzeugendes Auftreten und Kontaktfreudigkeit
Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Offenheit für Neues
Teamfähigkeit in Kombination mit eigenständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace- und Apple-Anwendungen sowie Kenntnis gängiger KI-Tools
