4、 安排本店人员的日常排班、调班、休假，并对店铺人员进行考勤监督。根据公司考
核政策对本店人员的考评。
5、 带教店员，包括但不限于产品知识、销售技巧等，针对店员销售过程出现的问题予
以指导。
6、 确保店铺陈列符合标准，保证店铺环境整洁。
7、 确保团队时刻保持仪容仪表整洁，灵活处理工作中的突发事件，确保店铺正常运营。
8、 与商场及公司各部门保持良好的沟通，不断寻找提升店铺的机会。
