The role involves managing Salesforce tickets and phone queues to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for business partners. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with the team to test solutions and undergoes continuous product training.

A Day in the Life of Technical Service:
· Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets and phone queue.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with business partners.
· Collaborate with the team to test solutions and
· Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs.
· Office Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for hybrid working schedule after training period.
