 Preschool Aide - part time

Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a nurturing environment, helping to foster a love of learning and social growth among preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, playtime, and meals
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and needs
• Assist with preparing educational materials and classroom setup

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework or certification preferred
• Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in child development
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Hourly pay: $15.50 starting
