Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and transporting clients to appointments.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and pass a comprehensive background check. While 2+ years of home care experience is preferred, applicants must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins.

The Role: Personal Care & Companionship We are looking for compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference. This is a hands-on position.
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (peri-care).
Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Mobility: Assisting with transfers and "range of motion" exercises.
Transportation: Running errands or driving clients to appointments using your own vehicle.
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance. Reliability is key—having a "Plan B" for car trouble is a huge plus.
Experience: 2+ years of home care experience is preferred, but we will train the right heart.
Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Tech Efficient: Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV compliance).
