The intern will lead the creation of an HR Intelligence Hub to centralize and standardize job descriptions and HR vendor directories. This includes designing governance protocols and conducting validation sessions with area leaders to ensure long-term accuracy.
Candidates must be professional students in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields eligible for the SENA productive practice stage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced English (B2) are preferred.

The SENA Intern will lead the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub: a digital ecosystem that centralizes and standardizes RSI Colombia’s Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory. This role goes beyond administrative support — the person in this role will build two living tools the People team will rely on daily, incorporating governance logic, inclusive language standards, and maintenance protocols that ensure long-term accuracy. The intern will work closely with the POPs team across all project phases.
