The Department Manager is responsible for overseeing merchandising, sales, and inventory levels within the hardware, plumbing, and paint departments. They also provide high-level customer service, assist with team training, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of hardware and power tools, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred.

Department Managers are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and report to the Store Manager. This position will require ability to work days, nights, and an alternating weekend schedule. Extensive knowledge and understanding of hardware and power tools is preferred.
Hourly Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00 depending on experience.
