The Firearms Specialist will assist customers in the sporting goods department and manage firearm sales records to ensure compliance with FFL regulations. Responsibilities also include pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, receiving freight, and performing cycle counts.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a solid understanding of proper sales practices to maintain compliance with NYS gun laws. The role requires the ability to assist with retail store operations and maintain readiness for internal or ATF audits.
