The Store Manager will provide personalized bridal consultations and drive sales to meet store goals. They are also responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, supplier liaison, and ensuring high standards of store presentation.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the bridal or high-end retail sectors. Proficiency in English and familiarity with Excel and digital tools are required, while Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
