The Operations Lead ensures work is planned and executed across Consulting, Engineered-to-Order, and Aftermarket operations by aligning resources with operational capacity. The role focuses on maintaining schedule integrity, resolving resource conflicts, and providing leadership with visibility into workload forecasts.
Requires post-secondary education in Operations, Project, or Supply Chain Management, with a preference for PMP or CAPM certifications. Candidates must have experience in production scheduling and resource planning within an engineering or heavy industrial environment.

Position Summary
The Operations and Resource Planning Lead is responsible for ensuring work across the organization is planned, prioritized, and executed in alignment with available resources and operational capacity. This role provides enterprise-wide visibility of workload, schedules, and resource utilization, helping to maintain a balanced and achievable flow of work across Consulting, Engineered-to-Order, and Aftermarket operations.
Working closely with Engineering, Planning & Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Aftermarket teams, the Operations Lead facilitates alignment between priorities, schedules, and capacity requirements. The role identifies potential resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and execution risks, supporting proactive decision-making and effective operational coordination. By promoting schedule integrity, resource accountability, and cross-functional coordination, this role helps ensure organizational commitments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
