The operator is responsible for manually assembling electronic components onto printed circuit board assemblies following technical documentation. They must ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and prepare them for soldering processes.
Candidates need strong manual dexterity and the ability to identify electronic component polarity and orientation. Experience in electronics manufacturing and familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards are preferred.
The Through-Hole Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components onto printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using manual insertion techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow assembly documentation, and adherence to quality and workmanship standards to ensure reliable electronic products.
The operator will work closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure assemblies meet production requirements and customer specifications.
This position operates in an electronics manufacturing environment and requires adherence to ESD and safety protocols.
