担当エリアの大学病院、総合病院、臨床検査センターなどを対象に、新規開拓を中心としたコンサルティング営業をお任せします。 まだ自社製品を導入していない医療施設へアプローチし、医療現場や検査室が抱える課題をヒアリングから抽出、解消に導くことが最優先のミッションです。自社製品をただ売り込むのではなく、お客様の課題解決に向けた最適なソリューションを提供していただきます。
1. 新規開拓・コンサルティング提案営業（メインミッション）
臨床検査技師などの現場担当者から、医師、事務長そして経営層まで幅広くアプローチし、検査室の課題を抽出します。製品導入によって見込まれる改善点や新しい提案を粘り強く行い、新規導入を目指します。
生化学、免疫、遺伝子（PCR）、病理領域の検査機器をはじめ、検査室自動化やITソリューション、デジタルソリューションまで、多岐にわたる製品群の中から、顧客のニーズに合わせて最適な解決策を組み立て、費用対効果（ROI）の提示や契約交渉を行います。
2. 既存顧客への運用サポートおよび社内連携
すでに導入いただいているお客様に対して運用面の課題解消もサポートしますが、業務の主軸は新規開拓となります。
学術やエンジニアリングなど社内の専門部署と緊密に連携し、どうすればお客様にとって最適なサポートができるかを常に考え、関係各所を巻き込んでプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
医療業界における課題解決型の提案営業経験（対象顧客：大学病院、総合病院、または開業医・クリニック等） 具体的には、以下のいずれかの経験において高い成果を上げている方
単なるモノ売りではなく、自社のリソースを組み合わせたソリューション観点での提案を行ってきた経験
院長・事務長などの経営層や、医師・臨床検査技師などの現場担当者などのキーマンに対するアプローチおよび強固な関係構築経験
普通自動車第一種運転免許（AT限定可）
医療業界における新規開拓営業の経験。
臨床検査領域における専門知識、または同関連製品の営業経験。

住宅手当（月額）： 22,000円～ ※本ポジションは、応募時に勤務地を指定しての採用となるため、入社に伴う転居が発生した場合でも、借上社宅制度の適用対象外となります。なお、住居に関しては、会社規定に基づき別途住宅手当を支給いたします。
営業手当：月70,000円～
